Hotel Minho renewal and extension

Hotel Minho renewal and extension project starts from a building constructed in 2006, now renovated with new public areas and spa. The extension was designed to be very simple and in some spaces, highly introverted, retaining the existing structures and introducing the main new areas in the floors below the guests entrance. Pursuing a stronger relation with the site, local materials, constructive traditions and vernacular architectonic icons, the new extension used locally sourced chestnut wood as one of the main features.

NextGen Travel

The newest China Airlines' 777-300ER fleet cabin interior designs are Asian aesthetics that cultivated from the Song Dynasty culture, the blend of the Orient and modern engineering is also harmoniously synchronized. Interiors are reflective of traditional design infused with modern Asian artistry for optimum comfort and relaxation on an enjoyable journey. The cabin Simplicity Aesthetics match up delicately with China Airlines' well-know and widely applaud Elegant Service, which gives a touch of essence of Taiwan.

River Palace

The project faces the vast hinterland of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the key words set sail came to designer's mind; therefore,combining with its historical background,yacht is applied as the design language in the project architecture to illustrate the understanding of urban characteristics and environmental characteristics. It has become a new gathering spot and offered a natural emotional experience field to the Pearl River coast.

JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai Fengxian

Located in Shanghai's seaside district Fengxian, this new urban oasis hotel 52000 m2 offers warm and welcoming luxury with enriching experiences for the body and mind in Hangzhou Bay. The hotel features 265 exquisite Guestrooms and suites, 1,800 m2 meeting space area, 900 m2 grand banquet hall with three distinctive restaurants and a bar JW Garden, All-day dining outlet JW Kitchen, Chinese restaurant Yan Xuan and specialty Shanghai Crab and Co. A spacious executive lounge makes an ideal spot to catch up with work while contemplating the surrounding natural scenery.

Leaves

This is a community club, which is located halfway up a mountain. The scene of wind blowing leaves in autumn is the most beautiful here. The designer was inspired by the wind blowing through the leaves. Fully respecting Changsha's native landforms and what the city has to offer culturally, the design seeks to integrate local massifs and structures, which are a source of inspiration for this project, into indoor spaces. Beyond that, the rolling ceiling of the former building is retained as a means to mirror what a wavy mountain is like.

Sky Lounge

Kolhapur is known for rich heritage of art, architecture and culture of India. The suburb of Kolhapur is a textile hub of India. Designers have taken local context and have used recycled Paper Tubes that are used to roll the fabric. Creating an experience through fusion of sustainable and Natural Materials with organic pattern is the key factor in this design. Designers have taken advantage of natural breeze through to evolve the concept of creating interactive ceiling. Waves formed by the pattern of paper tubes oscillate with the wind that creates drama and interaction keeps guests engaged.
