Situated in Piraeus Port the Harbor Project is a boutique property, introducing a new concept in short stay lodging, comprising 5 apartment suites of average size 32 square meters. It is the application of Ship building Theory to boutique Lodging. Taking into account location, the context of harbor and ship building related to the port provided the inspiration framework for the design concept. The compartmentalized nature of a hull, the traffic patterns as well as the specially designed openings are applied to the OSB built-in structure dominating the floorplan, as well as the spatial identity
The word Rook means tower and it was chosen metaphorically to hint a strategy game on an entertainment chessboard. The design concept based on the contrasting nature of White and Black, created an interplay between old and new allowing various metaphors to enable this link between past and present. While taking into account the building history and location, elements of adaptive reuse were employed accentuated by materials and patterns in order to emit the element of time from a minimalist perspective.
Hotel Minho renewal and extension project starts from a building constructed in 2006, now renovated with new public areas and spa. The extension was designed to be very simple and in some spaces, highly introverted, retaining the existing structures and introducing the main new areas in the floors below the guests entrance. Pursuing a stronger relation with the site, local materials, constructive traditions and vernacular architectonic icons, the new extension used locally sourced chestnut wood as one of the main features.
The King Abdullah Sports City mission was to create a world class sporting facility along with the cultural landmarks to advance the Kingdom's wellness and develop its youth through sports. As with any project of this size and scale one of the challenges is the vast expanse of white wall space and treating them in such a way that will enhance as well as compliment the interiors within it. Elements of the undulating Desert dunes are represented largely by the colour schemes of soft neutrals and earthy tones paired with fresh ocean blue.

The Castle is a private project started twenty years ago in 1996 from a dream from the childhood to build own Castle, the same as in the fairy tales. The designer is also an architect, constructor and the designer of the landscape. The main idea of the project is to create a place for family recreation, like a tourist attraction.
