Stone and earth form both structure and story, grounding the hotel, while local life shapes spaces that feel familiar, warm, and enduring. Kaleici Courtyard

The Kaleici Courtyard Project reinterprets a historic hotel courtyard adjacent to Hadrian Gate, creating a contemporary social and climatic hub. Arched rhythms, semi permeable pergolas, organic water features, and hexagonal stone flooring reference historical thresholds, while modern materials, lighting, and planting provide balance. The space integrates heritage continuity, passive climate strategies, and social interaction, delivering a culturally rooted yet functional and visually engaging courtyard experience.

Das Apres

Das Apres reinterprets the apres ski experience by combining shared spaces with the privacy of a boutique hotel. Inspired by the textures of Mount Erciyes, the design uses natural materials such as stone and walnut with subtle accents. A dual circulation system separates day visitors and guests, supporting clear organization and efficient use. The project offers a layered winter retreat that balances social activity with a calm atmosphere.
