Pune Restaurant

Kopp in local Goan language means a glass of a drink. Whirlpool formed by stirring a drink in a glass is visualised as a concept for this project. It portrays the design philosophy of repetition of a module generating patterns.Keeping central column as the base and wrapping ceiling around it is conceived by using a module of PVC drainage pipes and Y bends. Further the curve in horizontal as well as vertical plane is enhanced using curved panels of plywood cladded with veneer. Use of Drainage pipes continue on the outdoors with bright colours to establish continuity from indoors to outdoors.

Global Bazaar

Located in the Global Bazaar Food Hall, the dynamic concepts are the first of its kind in that the fast casual concept completely changes over from breakfast to lunch/dinner, offering travelers the best of all day parts. Each concept maintains its distinct branding and look while undergoing the transformation from breakfast to lunch/dinner. The exterior store signs and food hall signs transition using methods similar to that of theatrical set designs. Food Hall signs also change in a similar fashion.

MTV Flyp is an urban cafe and brewery which stays as a co-working space by the day to flyp into a buzzing restaurant with a bar a brewery by the night, designed for the young crowd this space is done with notion of shows of MTV india and the new music genres in practice these days. A youth centric space that is meant for big music performances.

Adda gastropub

Adda, in hindi means a place to gather and hang out. A unique place to hang out and be together is offered here. With two sprawling terraces and an enclosed space, that together form a single unitary space inter flowing into each other, completely connected but yet so distinct in characters. Adda is space for highway travelers to take a break from the long journeys and enjoy some food and fresh beer.

Tama, stands as a puritan’s delight. Tama means copper in an Indian dialect, which has been thoroughly used here in color and spirit of copper which is the purity of metal along with its energy that is carved and staged in the form of figurines and coins all around starting from the main entry foyer and on to the toilets that have infinity mirrors.
